This is a sample site, you can start to customize it immediately by login with your username and password.

After you log in, just click on the "ADMINISTRATION" link in the top menu. The first thing to do will be to change this login information with a more secured one.

As you can see, you can create different kind of article: headline (just above), margin (on the right) and body (this one).
Articles can contain text/html or external feed provide by XML or RSS.
You can also export a RSS channel from your website, the url is: /rss.asp
